The Fractal Physics of Tone Color Alchemy: Dan Winter
Most of you will already be familiar with the work of Dan Winter. He is well known amongst the Alternate Perceptions Community for his ability to illuminate the most prized secrets of the Mystery Tradition with a poetic scientific lexicon. In this conversation, we discuss Mr. Winter’s latest equation, the true meaning of the word Alchemy, the geometric origins of Hebrew and Enochian alphabets, Angelic invocation, meaning of the trinity of Salt Sulphur and Mercury, and a variety of other topics designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of the physics behind Tone-Color Alchemy.
Musical Epistemology: A Chat with Rod Smith, Natural Philosopher
During this first discussion with Rod Smith, we explore the meaning of Epistemology, or study of knowledge systems, and how music theory serves to tie many fields of research together. Rod has a degree in mechanical engineering and brings his unique knowledge of blueprint mapping to the Alternate Perceptions Community as a gift, in the form of aesthetically stunning, “illuminated” posters. We lay down some foundational principles in music theory, such as the difference between Scale and Key, the extension of academia’s Circle of Fifths into a fourth dimensional helix (Spiral of Fifths) which accounts for pitch and duration, Pythagoras and the Egyptian Mystery schools, Acoustic resonance, and other interesting topics.
